Q:  What are the store hours?

A:  Mon-Sat 9:00am-5:30pm; Sun 11am-4pm

Q:  Where is the store located?

A:  5105 Broadway, Galveston, TX

Q:  Is delivery available?

A:  Yes - starting at $50 for local delivery. Our delivery team can deliver within a 500 mile radius of the store. Beyond 500 miles, drop shipping is available. Call store for more information 409-443-5159 

Q:  What type of outdoor furniture do you carry?

A: We carry 3 main types:  Marine (new) Poly, Poly Lumber (recycled) & Wicker.

Q:  On the Finch Furniture, Do you carry Wood Grain?

A:  Yes - we carry 7 different Wood Grains.

Q:  What is the warranty?

A:  Poly products have up to a 20 year residential / 5 year commercial warranty

Our wicker furniture has 3 years on the frame; 2 years on the wicker

Q: Order cancellations?

A:  We reserve the right to cancel any orders. Pricing errors; Discontinued Items; Out of Stock; Other reasons

Q:  Is there financing available?

A: Yes, Mariner Finance. 6 months or 12 months Same as Cash

 

Q: Do you accept custom orders?

A:  Yes, with a 50% non-refundable deposit we can customize your poly furniture to suit your outdoor needs in size and color.

Q: Do you have a Lay-away plan?

A: 25% deposit is required with 25% monthly payments.  Merchandise in Lay-Away must be paid for and delivered within 3 months.  Delivery or Pick-up may be made with 7 days' notice. Cancellation of Lay-away is subject to a penalty loss of the 25% deposit. No refunds are issued on a defaulted Lay-away.
