Q:  What type of outdoor furniture do you carry?

A: We carry 3 types:  Marine Poly by Sea Breeze Casual; Poly Furniture by Finch; SunRay Patio Wicker sets

Q:  On the Finch Furniture, Do you carry Wood Grain?

A:  Yes, we carry 5 different Wood Grain.

Q:  What is the warranty?

Our wicker furniture has 3 years on the frame; 2 years on the wicker

Q: Order cancellations?

A:  We reserve the right to cancel any orders. Pricing errors; Discontinued Items; Out of Stock; Other reasons

Q:  Is there financing available?

A: Yes, Mariner Finance. 6 months or 12 months Same as Cash

Q: Do you have a Lay-away plan?

A: 25% deposit is required with 25% monthly payments.  Merchandise in Lay-Away must be paid for and delivered within 3 months.  Delivery or Pick-up may be made with 7 days' notice. Cancellation of Lay-away is subject to a penalty loss of the 25% deposit. No refunds are issued on a defaulted Lay-away.

Q: Do you accept custom orders?

A:  50% deposit is required to place custom orders.  Balance due must be paid within 30 days of notifications of order arrival or subject to loss of deposit. Delivery or pick-up may be made with 7 days' notice.  Exchange of custom items that show no sign of wear or damage may be arranged if approved by management.  Cancellation of custom items is not allowed and subject to loss of deposit.  Refund are not allowed on custom orders.
